Formerly known as iPay88, this is now NTT DATA Payment Services Malaysia, operating under the ADAPTIS platform. ADAPTIS consolidates two of Malaysia’s pioneer gateways, iPay88 and eGHL, into one omnichannel suite (the original ipay88.com site has been retired in favour of my.nttdatapay.com). It supports a very broad set of local payment channels including FPX online banking, local and international cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay), e-wallets, DuitNow QR and BNPL, with ready plugins for major e-commerce platforms.
It is best suited to established SMEs and enterprises that want wide local coverage, recurring billing, cross-border card acceptance and integration support. It is less ideal for micro-merchants wanting instant self-serve onboarding.
ADAPTIS does not publish its rates, so every fee here is quote-only (Contact sales); request a quote directly from NTT DATA. Settlement terms are set per merchant.
