MOBY (Moby Omni) is a Malaysian payments platform whose BNPL product lets customers pay in 2, 3, or 6 interest-free instalments while the merchant gets paid in full upfront (“We Pay First”), removing the merchant’s credit risk. MOBY offers both conventional BNPL and a Shariah-compliant option via Moby Islamic, and BNPL can be accepted online (Moby Checkout) or in-store (Moby Terminal).
The merchant fee (MDR) MOBY charges per BNPL transaction is not published on its website. MOBY references promotional BNPL rates for merchants who become exclusive BNPL partners, but no specific percentage, setup fee, or monthly fee is disclosed publicly. Merchants must onboard and request pricing.
MOBY supports no-code e-commerce integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, Shopline) as well as open API integration. All fee figures above refer to what the business pays MOBY, not the consumer’s instalment terms (which are zero-interest).
