Tulus Digital runs collection infrastructure for Malaysia’s Islamic social finance: zakat, wakaf, infaq and sedekah, collected on behalf of Islamic organisations and NGOs with settlement into institutional accounts. Its legitimacy is institutional rather than marketing-led: it is an authorised agent of state zakat authorities including PPZ-MAIWP and Lembaga Zakat Selangor, and AEON Bank launched Ramadan zakat payments through it in 2026.
Organisations onboard to collect; payers use the web platform or the Tulus mobile apps. Fees are not published, so treat every rate as Contact sales. For general e-commerce this is the wrong tool, but for mosques, zakat bodies and Islamic NGOs it is one of the few purpose-built options.
