Public Bank offers a bank-run online payment gateway, its Merchant Online Service, built on Visa CyberSource Secure Acceptance with a hosted checkout and API. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB, MyDebit and e-wallets under 3D-Secure, with recurring billing and tokenisation.
Merchants apply with a Public Bank business account, and rates are quoted on approval rather than published, so all fees here are “Contact sales”.
