CIMB e-Commerce is CIMB’s bank-operated online payment gateway, part of its Merchant Solutions suite and distinct from its POS terminals. It lets merchants accept online cards, e-wallets, online banking, FPX and JomPAY on their website under a 3D-Secure protocol.
Unusually for a bank, CIMB publishes card rates: the hosted e-Commerce Partners gateway is 1.50% to 1.80% on domestic cards and 2.80% to 3.00% international, while a no-website Payment Link runs 1.00% on-us / 1.10% off-us, and Direct Connect is priced case by case. It supports recurring and instalment billing, requires a CIMB business current account, and settles the next business day.
