BOLD.Pay is the payment arm of MACROKIOSK, the KL messaging-technology firm that has run enterprise SMS infrastructure since 2000. That heritage shows in its distinctive angle: besides cards, FPX online banking, e-wallets and Atome BNPL, it can collect through direct carrier billing (charge to the customer’s phone bill) and over-the-counter channels, and payment requests can be pushed over SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, LINE or RCS.
Merchants get a no-code Online Shop and payment links, auto-debit recurring payments, card instalments, and plugins for WooCommerce, OpenCart and EasyStore, all managed from the boldpass.com portal. It is also a certified digitalisation partner under the Geran Digital PMKS Madani programme, which can subsidise half the cost for eligible SMEs.
Nothing about pricing is published: every rate, the setup fee and the settlement schedule are negotiated per Sales Order, so budget a sales conversation before committing.
