Ampersand Pay (brand &PAY, operated by Ampersand Pay Sdn Bhd under the CoherentPlus Group) is a Kuala Lumpur acquirer listed by Bank Negara Malaysia as a Registered Merchant Acquirer. Founded in 2014, it secured its merchant-acquiring licence in 2021 and says it processed over RM85 million in 2024, spanning retail, e-commerce, vending, parking, laundromats and transit.
It is an all-in-one gateway for cards, e-wallets (Touch ’n Go, GrabPay, Boost, MAE, ShopeePay, plus Alipay and WeChat Pay), FPX and DuitNow QR, across POS, kiosks and online checkout, with recurring and instalment payments, tokenisation, payment links and split settlement. Pricing is quote-only, so every rate here is “Contact sales” rather than a fabricated number.
